New Website FAQs

Why is there a new website?
We've upgraded our online platform to provide you with a better shopping experience! The new website offers improved features and a more user-friendly interface.
What happens to my old Dispense account?
Dispense accounts will no longer be active on our new platform. You'll need to create a new account, but don't worry – your rewards points will carry over!
Do I need to download anything?
Yes, you'll need to download our NEW web browser app. The old app will be discontinued soon, so make sure to update to continue shopping with us.
How do I create a new account?
You have two options:
1. Create a new account directly on our online store
2. Sign in using your Google profile
Can I check out without creating an account?
Yes! We offer a "check out as guest" option if you prefer not to create an account. However, creating an account allows us to remember your information for future purchases.
How do I find the account creation option?
Look for the circle profile picture icon on the website and click it to access account creation options.
When do I need to show my medical card?
You'll be prompted to enter your medical card information during the checkout process. You will need to bring your medical card when you pick up your order.
How are my rewards applied to my purchase?
Your rewards will be automatically added to your account at the time of pickup.
Will I lose my existing rewards points with the new system?
No, all your existing rewards points will remain intact and transfer to the new system.
The old app isn't working anymore. What should I do?
Please download our new web browser app to continue shopping. The old app is being phased out and will soon be discontinued.
I'm having trouble creating my new account. What should I do?
Make sure you're using our new website and app. If you continue to experience issues, please give us a call at 479-339-9333 or come by the store to see us and our budtenders will be happy to help you out!
